1. Which countries do you deliver to?
Currently, we only deliver to UAE.

2. How long does delivery take?

  • UAE: 2–5 business days

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately at trelynth@gmail.com. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return.

5. What is your return & refund policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

6. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes, some items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Opened personal care or cosmetic products
